Valery Yakovlevich Bryusov — Russian poet, novelist, playwright, translator, literary critic, literary critic and historian. One of the founders of Russian symbolism.
The present collection of works by V. Bryusov, the first of his works. It brings together all the most significant literary heritage of Bryusov. Built works by genre-chronological principle:
Volume 1: the poems 1892-1909 literature (collections: "Juvenilia", "Chefs d'oeuvre", "Me eum esse", "Tertia Vigilia", "Urbi et Orbi", "Stephanos","All tunes"). The volume offers a literary portrait of Bryusov written by the poet P. G. Antokolsky.
Volume 2: the poems 1909-1917 years (collections: "Mirror of shadows", "the Seven colors of the rainbow", "Devyataya Kamena", "Dreams of mankind").
Volume 3: - poems 1917-1924 gg. (collection: "the Last dream", "these days", "MiG", "Dali", "MEA" and the poetic works of the years 1892-1924, not included in collections.
Volume 4: - the novel "the Fiery angel".
Volume 5: - the novel "the Altar of victory" and "Jupiter defeated".
Volume 6 and 7: literary-critical articles and "Teachers of teachers".
In the third volume placed alphabetical index of poems by Bryusov, included in volumes I-III; in the seventh chronological outline of the life and work of Bryusov.
