Hegel Georg Wilhelm Friedrich - The Science of Logic in 3 volumes. Gift books bound in leather.
Hegel's Science of Logic in 3 volumes is a unique publication that represents the pinnacle of world philosophical thought. Created in 1812-1816, this work is a detailed exposition of Hegel's dialectical views.
Content:
Volume 1
The first volume presents book 1 from the section "Objective Logic", dedicated to Hegel's doctrine of being. It reveals the dialectical triad "being-nothing-becoming", describes Hegel's idea of the finite and the infinite, and reproduces Hegel's polemic with Kant's "Critique of Pure Reason".
Volume 2
The second volume presents book 2 from the section "Objective Logic", dedicated to Hegel's doctrine of essence. It formulates the main principle of Hegel's dialectic, in which the clash of contradictions becomes a factor in the development of all things.
Volume 3
The third volume presents book 3 from the section "Subjective Logic", dedicated to Hegel's doctrine of the concept. This section examines the dialectic of the main forms of thinking - concepts, judgments and conclusions, as well as the correlation of the singular, special and universal (with the differentiation of its two types - abstract and concrete as the "unity of the manifold").
